We are seeking to fill positions for Graduate Student Ambassadors from each ASU department. Position responsibilities involve engaging graduate students to participate in the upcoming conference through marketing and advertising strategies. Recommend a Keynote Speaker for the 2019 DISI Conference
We are encouraging students to submit recommendations for keynote speakers for the 2019 DISI Graduate Research Conference. Preferences will be made for speakers who are not ASU-affiliated and who are able to speak to an interdisciplinary audience (across departments and degree types). Submit a Proposal for the 2019 DISI Conference
We are inviting graduate students from all disciplines on any campus at ASU to participate in the 2019 DISI Graduate Research Conference. The conference will focus on four major themes: (1) Navigating personal identities, (2) Conducting research that defines and/or promotes diversity and inclusion, (3) Promoting social change and empowerment, and (4) Incorporating diversity and inclusion into teaching and mentoring inside and outside of academia. Submissions must be formatted as presentations, artistic displays or performances, conversational panels and roundtables, or posters. The submission deadline is July 13, 2018.
